WinToFlash.com

Since today 16th august 2012 Windows 8 is available in its final state to pros in MSDN

WinToFlash does not work with this release and complains at the beggining \sources\products.ini is missing and indeed this file is not present in the release.

Tested release : Windows 8 (x64) en-US

I finally managed to install Windows 8 RTM with another project not from this site

Look for WinSetupFromUSB 1.0 beta 8 on googlecode or msfn

Win8 Release Preview has the files. Is M$ embracing, extending & ... ?

Found another alternative if both previous methods fails for you this one does not require any third party software, only diskpart.exe, bootsect.exe and xcopy.exe invocations

All of method above doesn't work for me.
(Strange, I did successfully tried two of three method above to install Windows 8 before - WinToFlash for Windows 8 DP and WinSetupFromUSB for Windows 8 Retail 32 Bit - all in my same desktop plus some friends notebooks)
I wonder why I can't do it now.
What a heck, I burned the ISO now and try to install it from DVD. It is working now, still in progress as I type this, but seems will be success.

Why can't my USB Flash Drive do it?
