Post Solution of the DELETED/LOST PARTITION PROBLEM
Hello friends. I am Mustafa from Turkey.
I registered this forum for open only this topic.
Because a lot of people had this problem and no one gave any solution.
Of course I had this problem....
Yesterday I wanted to install windows xp from my 1.5TB usb hdd,to make speeder installation. And of course I used this fucking program;wintoflash.
I normally use YUMI for installations from usb drive but YUMI doesn't support windows xp. (I recommend you to use only YUMI. it is free. it is easy and doesn't fuck up your disk table of hdd.)

Let me give the solution.
DON'T FORMAT YOUR HARD DRIVE!!!...
I didn't need to take photos. it is easy.
First;
I used Linux Mint 13 live distro..
download the iso of the distro and burn it to a dvd.
and then boot from the dvd. (i need to say this, linux mint sometimes can not connect via wireless.so you have to use ethernet connection.)
when the desktop of mint appears,
before the process, download TestDisk from here.
Code:
http://www.cgsecurity.org/wiki/TestDisk_Download

move the archived file to the home folder and extract it by right click and extract here.
after this, enter the extracted "tesddisk" folder ,rigth click anywhere and clik the "open in terminal".

firstly write this command (you need to be root on linux because this process needs to be root.)
Code:
sudo passwd root

after this, set a new root password...(if you know default root password of linux mint (or you using another distro) you don't need to do this step.)

then;
write this command to start testdisk.
Code:
sudo ./testdisk_static

when testdisk run on terminal, you don't need any command. it is easy to use.
select " [create]" and press enter.
select the harddrive that you want to scan and press enter(proceed is selected at the bottom)
select " [Intel]" and press enter.
select "[analyse]" and press enter.
select "Quick Search" at the bottom and press enter.
after these steps, testdisk scans and finds the lost partitions.
when scan finishes, press enter to continue. if testdisk doesn't find your partition you need to use "deeper search"
if you find your partition(s),come to [write] using right arrow key.
testdisk asks "write partition table, confirm ?(Y/N)"
press "y" and it is done!!!
after these steps you still can not access to your partition(s).
after restarting your computer, the partition(s) are accessible.

NOTE:Today my laptop's internal harddrive's C: partition become to RAW file system. I don't know why this happened but I did these steps and I recovered my partition without installing windows again.

NOTE - 2: I am very sorry because of my bad english....
NOTE - 3: I don't say "Don't use wintoflash" but don't use wintoflash on your partable hard drives. use only flash disks.

Much Easier Way:

Hi guys fixed it thank God!

So basically ran across the same problem with my partitions wiped and some extra random partition created and was pretty pissed because I had a lot of work on there, so I was searching on the web and only came across this thread...Then I thought, windows was loaded so I can't have wiped the partition as it was locked and in addition when I mentioned this issue and my frustration in regards to it at home my mother said, "data is never lost only the address to it" so I figured maybe there is some kinda layout like the MBR - yes is the answer, it is know as the partition table. Here is the free software which will recover your partitions in a few seconds:

EaseUS Partition Recovery
