Post flash drive will not boot?
I am using a nlite install on a virtual cd drive using a bootable iso from nlite with all installation files included. the only reason i am using a flash drive is because i have a 2004 MOBO that requires additional sata raid drivers upon inital xp home setup so it will see my HDD. plus i have no writable cd or dvd media. after the wintoflash utility completes the process, i go to plug my usb drive into my computer that needs to be reloaded with xp home and it loads something upon bootup from the flash drive but i get a blinking text cursor right afterward without no output on the screen. i don't know what is going on here. i have the following files in the root folder...$LDR$, ntdetect.com, ntldr, txtsetup.sif and boot.ini

please help

Try to use FAT 16 CHS. Probably, your BIOS can not recognize partitions on USB.
