Post Blinking J
After reading several topics, I'd like a little clarification.
I am running WIN2FLASH 0.7.0010 beta on Win XP Pro to create a Win 7 64 disk and I get the blinking J ...
Which is it?

UPDATE: Tried items 2 and 3. No blinking J; however my USB would NOT boot! This is a NEW system (barebones hard drive). Any suggestions as to why my USB is NOT bootable? I created the USB on my old VISTA 32 bit laptop and I'm creating a 64 bit Windows 7 bootable USB. The Windows 7 ISO is from Microsoft.
I also read that:
◦A x86 usb bootable drive can only be created within a x86 operating system
◦A x64 usb bootable drive can only be created within a x64 operating system
Wondering if this is my problem!

If you’re currently using a 32-bit version of Windows and want to create a bootable USB drive containing the 64-bit (x64) version of Windows 7, you’ll need to obtain the bootsect.exe file from the 32-bit (x86) version of Windows 7.

Is this file part of wintoflash?

That's not true at all, you can create x64 bit bootable USB drive under Windows XP 32 bit and so on.

bootsect.exe function is the part of WinToFlash.

So, did you try all file systems? And your PC still doesn't boot. in this case try to set USB drive type in BIOS to USB-HDD.

Forgot how I fixed the problem originally ... I think it was FAT16-CHS. I am re-doing another computer and following the manual format steps from http://wintoflash.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=1421 off of a Win7 machine as I do not trust it will work in XP (XP currently loaded on old laptop).

The manual format appears to work as Win7 is installing on my old XP machine.
Why hasn't this bug been squashed yet?
Is there a difference if my host computer is XP, Vista, 7, etc.?
