In WinToFlash select Disk Service - Create binary dump.
Create the dump, zip it and send to support@novicorp.com (if it <50Mb size) or upload to OneDrive or Google Drive and so on

Hi,

All the files on the pendrive, do not occupy more than 9 Mb in total.
But, when making the image, it generates a file (zip) of 6.4 Gb.

There is no way to make it small?

Sure it is, because your USB drive contents parts from all previously saved files on this bootable USB drive. Even if you can't see them, this data is still on the drive.
To clean up this mess and make real small image:
1. Wipe your bootable USB drive with WinToFlash Full Wipe option
2. Unplug, plugin again your bootable USB
3. Format with Windows, when asked (to any file system you want)
4. Create your MSDOS bootable USB again
5. Create binary image of your bootable USB with WinToFlash
5. zip

now it should be small. All junk will be deleted out of your bootable USB drive.

I installed QEMU 2.10.1 (32b) and with 2024 Mb it does not give error. But with 2048 still giving the same error and is branded.

I have 8GB on my PC, and when I do the tests I close all the programs and browsers.

Thank you anyway.

You are welcome.

Please, note: our app is about testing USB drives to boot. For software or operating system testing we recommend to use Microsoft Hiper-V, VMWare or VirtualBox. But the best way, of course, is to use real hardware.
